Bargain Pool and Spa - Return Policy
Bargain Pool and Spa wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). That's why we offer our customers a full refund excluding shipping if you ordered the wrong item.
- To return an item you must send an e-mail to Returns to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number or if the item has been opened and used.
- Special order products, electrical parts, used items, and books are not returnable for any reason. Shipping charges are not refundable and returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on the product.
- We are not responsible for any labor costs incurred as a result of installation of wrong or defective parts. Items returned for credit are subject to inspection prior to refunding. Any item returned damaged due to improper packaging by customer will not be refunded.
